1st Place Winner. In a day of absolute despair.

So I won this competition.
A regional competition if you will.
And it was an english competition, since those are common here.
I entered the Speech and Story-telling category.
I don't want to brag, but I aced it.

The next day, I came back to see the results.
And I won first place on both categories.
I couldn't have been more happier.

Wanna know what killed that happiness?
The fact that my friends are gone.
Yep.
The best day of my life.
As well as the worst.
Couldn't have been happier.
Or sadder.
